Vastu for Master Bedroom and Sleeping Position Guidelines

The concept of Vastu Shastra dates back to 3000BC and is purely based on the traditional Hindu and Buddhist religious beliefs. Its use in the modern era is bound with a thick circumference of scepticism- some people believe in it, some do not.
Nothing- no hotel, no getaway matches the peace one feels at HOME. Home is a sanctuary of peace, where after a long day in this fast moving world, one comes back and feels free from all troubles. Your bedroom is undoubtedly your safe zone where you generally cling to your pillow and hope for a peaceful sleep to take out all your stress.
So it could be rightly said that your home and your bedrooms form crucial parts of your lives and thus the décor and the layout is very essential as it affects and reflects your persona as well as your demeanour.
Jaipur, the capital of the Indian state Rajasthan, also known as the PINK CITY is developed keeping in mind the techniques of Vastu Shashtra

Since people pay extra attention to the layout, colour of the walls, measurements, ground preparation, space arrangement and spatial geometry while setting up their dream houses, we at Fidatoh wish for the best for our readers and for all the believers, and so have set up a few guidelines for sleeping postures and
vastu for home and your bedrooms.
Here are the ideal locations of the bedroom which people generally idealises and takes care of- Firstly, the master bedroom must ideally be in the south or the south-west. Children’s bedroom should be in the east or the west wing of the house while the guest bedroom must ideally be in the north-west.
Secondly, a rectangular or a square shaped bedroom should be prioritized. The colours of the bedroom wall should suit your personality. The walls can be coated with shades of white or light rose or with pastel shades of blue, green, or grey.
Moving ahead with the other arrangements in the room, the doors should be placed in the East, West or North but not in South-West. Also, the doors should open at least 90 degrees so as to allow all the opportunities in your life to enter. The larger window should be in the North or East and the smaller windows should be in the west.

Components of a bedroom are not just restricted to doors and windows. They include a whole range of furniture and appliances such as dressing tables, mirrors, idols of God, television sets, wardrobes etc.
A study says television sets and pictures of deities should be avoided in a bedroom. Rather posters of positive quotes or photographs of happy and lively moments should be hung in your room, so that a sense of positivity and endurance can be extracted from them whenever you enter your room.

Included in all these tips are also a few guidelines for sleeping. You should always try to sleep with your head towards the South or East direction as it enhances your sleep and improves your health. You should avoid the north and west direction which leads to bad dreams, improper sleep and ultimately bad health.
Thus, with the above tips we hope to have helped you in choosing your dream house which has all the positivity and good luck to offer you and make your life happier and prosperous.
